My wife Debbie and I have lived in Pescadero since 1995 I've been a resident on the Coastside since 1978. We are fortunate to live in one of only a handful of the town's original Victorian homes built in 1896. Debbie used her interior design skills to creatively refurbish the 100+ year old home and gardens.

I was born and raised in San Mateo County over the years I have lived in Daly City, Burlingame, Montara, Miramar, Pescadero and La Honda.

My interests outside of work include classic cars (1955 Chevy Belair 2 dr hdtp, and a 1932 Ford pickup unrestored), collectables, mountian biking (lots of great riding in the area!) I have raced twice in Downieville Downhill Classic, no record settings times but thanks for asking. Also snow boarding, home projects, and travel.

Pam and I have decided to purchase a house on the great highway, in San

appraisal, which just came in looking good, so it looks like we are pretty

"Hi, I'm Grace, and I'm addicted to MLS listings... I've been clean for one day today... wait, maybe not, few hours, to be more accurate... but I'm working on it. Anyone who's ever gone thru the house purchase knows how hard this stuff is... (insert the nods of approval in the audience)..

  

I used to start my days with a latte of some sort, and even that little addiction is now suffering, since I spend every waking moment wading thru vast amounts of information, trying to decern what are the interest rates doing at that particular hour, which seemingly disconnected event in the world will push our economy one way or another, and how does China fit into the whole picture...

 

But, that's not all. Being well informed is one thing, but I also sit at the edge of my seat every time I get an email from Frank, or Deanna. They are my true agents of addiction. Yes, the range of my emotional response to one of these email is hard to fathom. On one hand there's pure excitement when I receive the new listing from Frank. What comes to mind is dog's reaction to say a SQUIRREL!!!! I must chase it.. NOW!!! Then there was the news about this gorgeous Point Reyes house in Pacifica, which we had to let go because of the rates. Ugh!! (Personally, I blame China).

 

Anyways, I'm few hours clean now... although I keep sneaking the looks at my phone to see if it even works, since we didn't get any calls from Frank for two days now... maybe I should take it in.... anyways, I'm doing fine... just fine... thank you!!!
